You can add a Custom Tracker to focus on particular goals, habits, or results you want to achieve. Using the Custom Tracker, you can add subtasks and steps to a new Tracker. This feature is available with your Zen Mastery Subscription.

In the example below, I am creating a Custom Tracker to monitor my fasting blood sugar levels and my daily sugar intake. This will help me see how the food I eat affects my blood sugar results.
It makes sense to choose quantifiable metrics when you create a Custom Tracker so you can see tangible results in the relationship in the data you are collecting.
To add a Custom Tracker:
1. Click the Daily Check-In icon and click the button. The Configure Custom Tracker box displays.
2. In the Title field, enter the subject of your Tracker and click + Add Item to Track.
This is where you add the items you are going to measure.
In this case, I add Fasting Blood Sugar levels and Number of Grams of Sugar Consumed.
The Configure Custom Tracker expands.
3. In the Name field, enter the name of the first item you want to track.
The Enabled check box is already selected. You can uncheck this box to remove the item from the Tracker.
4. To select a Tracker Type, click the list button and choose from the available options:
5. In the Min Value field, enter the minimum value for the Tracker. Typically, this is 1 or 0
6. In the Max Value field, enter the last number you need for the Tracker.
7. In the Step field, enter the number of steps you want the Tracker to support to go from the Min Value to the Max Value.

8. In the Default Value field, enter the minimum value for the tracker.
9. In the Min and Max Value Label fields, enter a name for the lowest and highest values you are tracking.
10. To add additional entries to the list, click + Add Item to Track and follow steps 3 through 9 to add the new criteria for the item.
11. When you have added all the items to the Custom Tracker, click Save to save these entries. The items you added display showing the minimum settings below the Health Tracker.
