Zendia is a self-improvement platform that blends journaling, to-do lists, wellness tracking, and AI to drive meaningful, measurable personal progress.
Zendia helps you organize your ideas and activities and build a list of tasks to help you become who you want to be. Use Zendia to keep track of your thoughts, plans, and ideas (Notes), your daily, weekly, and monthly meetings, activities, and appointments (Events), and the things you want to accomplish (Tasks), that are personal and professional all in one place.
Getting these everyday journal entries down is just the first step in the process!
In Zendia, you capture your thoughts and ideas as Notes. Notes can be inspirations about a new project, questions you have been thinking about, or an idea for a present for a friend or colleague. Notes can be up to 500 characters long, and you can write about any topic you think of.
To add a Note:
1. In the Snap Journal field, type an ! to indicate that you are adding a Note, then type your idea.
You can also click the Note button below the Snap Journal field to begin.
2. To save the Note, choose Save at the end of the field. You can add Labels to Notes to collect them using a theme to keep them organized.
You add Events to keep track of significant meetings, appointments, or occasions you don’t want to miss. These can be daily, weekly, monthly, or one-off experiences you wish to attend. Adding events is easy, and you can set reminders to help you plan for them.
To add an Event:
1. In the Snap Journal field, type an - to add an Event, and type a name for it.
You can also click the Event button below the Snap Journal field to begin.
2. Click the Unscheduled button to set the date and time.
3. Click the Date field to display the Calendar. The Select Date box displays.
4. To choose the date:
a. To set the time for the event:
b. Click AM or PM to indicate the time of day and click OK. The Event Scheduler displays the updated time entry.

6. To set the length of the event, click the 1h field. A list of times displays in 15-minute increments.
7. To repeat this event, click the Does not repeat button to display repeat options.
If the event does not repeat, skip to the next step.
a. Choose an option from the list or click Custom to create a new one. Continue based on your choices:
b. In the Repeat every box, choose a number.
c. In the Day box, choose Days, Weeks, Months, or Years. For example, to repeat this event every two weeks, enter 2 in the first box and choose Weeks in the second box.
d. Click the Ends box to select a date to stop repeating this event, or choose Never.
e. Then, click Save.
The Event Scheduler box displays showing your choices.
Now, you are ready to set one or more reminders for the event.
8. Click No Reminders to display the Reminders box.
a. Click Add Reminder to display the options.
The Notifications box is selected to show reminders in the Zendia app.
b. To send an email Reminder, choose the Email check box. The app uses your login email address to send this Reminder. This is not required.
c. In these boxes, enter the lead time before the event the app should send you the Reminder.
· In the first box, enter the number of minutes, hours, days, or weeks before the event you want the app to notify you.
· In the second box, choose from Minutes, Hours, Days, or Weeks.
The app sends you a Reminder based on your entries.
Note: You can delete the Reminder you added by selecting the Trash (Bin) icon.
d. To add another reminder, repeat Steps a – c and select new options.
This can be useful for scheduling tasks associated with the event.
e. When you have completed your settings choose Done. The Event Scheduler redisplays.
9. To save the date, time, repeat, and reminder scheduling for this event, choose Save.
The Add New Event box displays.
Note: You can add a Label to this Event by clicking the Labels button, or wait until later.
10. To save the new Event, click Save.
11. To see the Event in the Calendar, go to the top of the Snap Journal page and choose the Month view

You can change the Calendar date in another way:
You can capture everything you want to accomplish as a Task. Tasks can be detailed goals you set for life, work that you need to complete, and personal chores you don’t want to lose track of, and you can tie them to an Event or Note.
To add a task:
1. In the Snap Journal field, type an * to indicate that you are adding a Task, then type a name for it.
You can also click the Task button below the Snap Journal field to begin.
2. Click the Today button to schedule the task.
3. Click the date field to display the Select Date box. Click the date in the current month or click the > to select a date in another month for the task. The date you select updates in the Today box.
After you select a date, the Today box displays.
4. To repeat this Task, click the Does not repeat button to display the options below.
If the event does not repeat, skip to the next step.
a. Choose a repeat option from the list or click Custom to create a new one.
When you choose a repeat option from the list, skip to step e.
b. If you choose Custom, the Custom Recurrence options display.
c. In the Repeat every box, enter the number, and choose Days, Weeks, Months, or Years in the Day box. For example, to repeat this task every two days, enter 2 in the Repeat every box and Days in the Day box.
d. Click the Ends box to specify the date to stop repeating this task, or click Never.
e. Then, click Save. The Today box displays.
5. To add a reminder for this task, click the No reminders button. The Reminders box displays.
a. Click Add Reminder to display the Reminder settings.
The Notification check box is selected by default to display the Task on the Schedule in the app.
b. Click the Email check box to send the notification to your email address on the day you are about to choose.
c. Click the Date and Time field to set these options.
d. Use the Arrows to choose the Month and click the Date of the Event.
The Time Clock for that date displays.
e. To set the time for the Reminder, drag the Clock Hand icon to the hour for the notification.
If you do not need to add minutes, continue to the next step.
· If you need to add minutes, drag the Clock Hand icon to the minutes for the notification. When you stop, the time displays at the top of the clock.
f. Click AM or PM to indicate the time of day and click OK.
When you click OK, the Reminders box redisplays with your entries.
g. Repeat steps a – f to create another reminder or click Done.
When you click Done, the updated Today box displays.
6. Select the Save button to save these settings. The Today box updates to display task date.
7. To choose a priority for this task, click the Low box and choose a new priority from the list.
Note: You can add a Label to this Task by clicking the Labels button or add it later.
8. To save this task to the journal, click the Save button at the end of the Snap Journal field.
