Use the Life Balance wheel to capture the key aspects of your life in living color. Consider each part of your life and where you are today, and click inside each area of the wheel to track where you are at the beginning or end of your day.
Don’t see the areas you want to capture in the list? Set the options that work for you!! Maybe you are more interested in tracking your productivity, how tired you feel, and how you are doing building new habits.
To choose new Life Balance settings:
1. Click the Life Balance Settings icon to customize the life areas you want to rate.

2. Type over an entry in the list to rename a Life Balance area and click Save. The new wheel entries display when you return.
The Daily Check-In contains a Mood Tracker to describe what you are experiencing each day. Drag the line icon left or right to indicate the many aspects of your mood for the day.
Don’t see the moods you want to capture in the list?
To choose new mood settings:
1. Click the Configure button and enter the settings that work for you!!
2. Click the check boxes of the moods you experience and choose Save.
3. When you have the settings the way you want them, drag the icon to the setting that captures your mood for the day.
If you have a chronic condition or have had an injury lately and want to track the symptoms, the Symptom Tracker will be an excellent tool for you. This is particularly useful for tracking your menstrual cycle or when you are trying new medications, supplements, or treatments. You configure the Symptom Tracker according to your own needs. I broke my elbow recently, so these symptoms reflect my own experience.
To configure a new Symptom Tracker:
1. Click the Daily Check-In icon and scroll down below the Mood Tracker to the Symptom Tracker.
2. Click the Configure button.
3. Click the +Add Item to Track button and type the symptom you want to add.
You can add up to three symptoms as part of Zen Breeze. Subscribe to Zen Mastery to add additional symptoms.
4. In the Name field, enter the name of the symptom. The Enabled check box is already selected.
5. To select a Tracker Type, click the list button and choose from the available options:
For example, if you wanted to keep track of your joy you could:
6. In the Min Value field, enter the minimum value for the Tracker.
7. In the Max Value field, enter the last number you need for the Tracker.
8. In the Step field, enter the number of steps betewen the Min Value and the Max Value.
9. In the Default Value field, you can enter any value between min and max.
For example, if you were tracking hours spent writing a novel with a range of 0-10, and you usually spend 2 hours a day writing, you would set the default value to 2.
10. In the Min and Max Value Label fields, enter labels to represent the lowest and highest values you are tracking.
For example, if you were measuring pain, you could enter the value No Pain in the Min Value Label field and Agony in the Max Value Label field.
11. Click Save to save these entries.
The symptoms you added display, showing the minimum settings.
After you complete the symptom list, you can track them daily to see how the symptoms change over time.
Keeping track of your health is key in understanding your well-being. Use the Health Tracker to capture your sleep activity, your diet, and your exercise for the day all in one place.
To review your daily health:
1. To keep track of the hours you slept, choose the + or – icons.
2. Drag the icon to the left or right to record the quality of your sleep, how healthy your diet was, and how active you were in the day.
